Return Policy:

  • 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the receipt of your items to request a return.
  • Return Conditions: Items be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

How to Start a Return:

  • We will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
  • Important: Item sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards and digital products (if applicable) are non-returnable.

Return Shipping:

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, or damage.)
  • In cases where the return is our fault, HexaStack will cover the return shipping cost.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival.
  • If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at help@thehexastack.com so we can promptly make it right.

Exchanges:

  • To exchange an items, please return the original item first.
  • Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that your back or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
