At HexaStack, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and reliably. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Time:

  • Standard Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Custom or Personalized Orders: (If applicable) Custom orders may require additional time and will be noted on the product page or at checkout.
  • Preorders: For preorder items, we recommend placing a separate order if you also wish to purchase in-stock items to avoid delays. Estimated delivery times for preorder items will be provided individually.

Shipping Fees & Options:

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only):
    • Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on current USPS, FedEx and UPS rates.
    • Free Shipping: Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Carriers:
  • Most orders are shipped via USPS. Some packages may be shipped using FedEx or UPS.

International Shipping:

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
    • We are working toward expanding globally in the future. Thank you for your patience!

Back-orders and Out-of-stock Items:

  • If a product is back-ordered or out of stock, we will notify you with an estimated shipping date and offer the option to cancel your order if preferred.

Liabilities:

  • HexaStack is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
